Bollywood superstar Salman Khan has once again found himself in the crosshairs of a death threat, this time from the notorious Lawrence Bishnoi group. The threat, received in the form of a chilling message, demanded a ransom of Rs 5 crore from the actor. It warned him not to take the threat lightly, adding that if the payment isn’t made, his situation will be “worse than Baba Siddiqui’s,” referring to the well-known politician and businessman.

Following this development, security around Khan’s residence in Bandra has been significantly tightened. Mumbai Police have increased their presence in and around the area, and the actor’s personal security detail has been enhanced to ensure his safety.

This is not the first time Salman Khan has faced threats from the Lawrence Bishnoi group, a criminal syndicate with ties to various violent activities across the country. Bishnoi, who is currently in prison, has reportedly been linked to multiple plots targeting Khan in the past, citing a vendetta connected to the actor’s involvement in the blackbuck poaching case, a sacred animal to the Bishnoi community.

In response to the latest threat, Mumbai Police have launched an investigation into the source of the message and are working to trace the individuals involved. They are also coordinating with other law enforcement agencies to ensure Khan’s protection.

Salman Khan has yet to issue a public statement regarding the threat, but those close to the actor have expressed concern for his safety, acknowledging the seriousness of the situation.

Khan, one of Bollywood’s biggest stars, has had a long and illustrious career, but threats to his life have become a recurring issue, raising concerns over the safety of high-profile celebrities in India.

As the investigation continues, authorities are urging the public to remain calm and are assuring that all necessary measures are being taken to prevent any harm to the actor.
