Uttar Pradesh Sends All Pakistani Citizens Back, Becomes First State to Do So

Uttar Pradesh

In a major development, Uttar Pradesh has become the first state in India to achieve 100% repatriation of Pakistani nationals. This decisive action follows strong directives issued by Chief Minister Yogi Adityanath after the recent terrorist attack in Pahalgam, Jammu and Kashmir.

In response to the incident, CM Yogi convened a high-level security meeting where he instructed officials to identify and deport all Pakistani citizens residing in the state. The government immediately placed all 75 districts of Uttar Pradesh on high alert.

State authorities acted swiftly to locate and facilitate the return of all Pakistani nationals. Officials confirmed that the process was completed with full coordination between local police, intelligence agencies, and immigration departments.

The move has sparked reactions across the border, with reports suggesting growing concern in Pakistan over what is being called the “Yogi Model” of strong internal security and zero tolerance toward foreign threats.

A senior government official stated, “This is a clear message that Uttar Pradesh will not tolerate any potential threat to national security. The safety of our citizens is our top priority.”

This development marks a significant milestone in state-level action on national security and immigration enforcement.
