Starting with YouTuber Jyoti Malhotra… Intelligence agencies have exposed the details of 11 spies believed to be working for Pakistan.
All of them are from the Indian states of Haryana, Punjab, and Uttar Pradesh. Here’s a breakdown of the 11 individuals involved:
- Jyoti Malhotra
Jyoti Malhotra is from Hisar, Haryana. At 33 years old, she has a strong following on social media and runs a YouTube channel named Travel With Jo, where she posts travel videos. She came into contact with a Pakistani High Commission staffer named Danish in Delhi, and through that connection, she allegedly started spying for Pakistan. - Devendra Singh Dilhan
Devendra is from Mastgarh, Punjab, and is currently studying MA (First Year) at Khalsa College, Patiala. He developed links with Pakistani intelligence and ISI a few years ago and has since been working against India. He was arrested on May 12 after posting photos of pistols and guns on his Facebook profile. During interrogation, he confessed to working for Pakistan. - Tariq
A resident of Kangarka village in Haryana, Tariq was arrested in a joint operation by Haryana Police and central intelligence agencies for allegedly spying for Pakistan. - Arman
23-year-old Arman was arrested in Nuh, Haryana. During the India-Pakistan conflict, he allegedly leaked sensitive Indian information to Pakistan. - Nauman Ilahi
Nauman, 24, is from Kairana in Uttar Pradesh but works as a security guard in Haryana. He reportedly had ties with Pakistan’s ISI and used to receive payments for sharing information. The money was transferred into his brother-in-law’s account. - Shahzad
Hailing from Moradabad, Uttar Pradesh, Shahzad is involved in smuggling items across the India-Pakistan border. He had connections with Pakistani intelligence and was arrested by the Uttar Pradesh Anti-Terrorism Squad for allegedly sharing sensitive national information with Pakistan. - Mohammad Murtaza Ali
Murtaza Ali worked with Pakistan’s ISI and even developed a mobile application to aid their activities. He was arrested by Gujarat Police. - Ghazala
Ghazala is from Malerkotla, Punjab. She was allegedly involved in transferring money to Pakistan. - Yamin Mohammad
Selected by Pakistan for various covert tasks, Yamin Mohammad was recently arrested by Punjab Police. - Sukhpreet Singh
A native of Gurdaspur, Punjab, Sukhpreet was identified as a spy working for Pakistan and was arrested by Punjab Police. - Karanbir Singh
Also from Punjab, Karanbir had direct links with Pakistan’s ISI. He reportedly leaked critical Indian Army information to ISI and was arrested in Gurdaspur by Punjab Police.
