In a shocking revelation, Anuradha Paswan, dubbed the “Looteri Dulhann,” has been arrested for allegedly marrying 25 men across multiple states within just seven months. Authorities say she was part of a sophisticated marriage racket that preyed on unsuspecting men.
Anuradha reportedly presented herself as an ideal bride through matrimonial platforms, legally marrying her victims using authentic paperwork. After staying with them for a few days, she would vanish under the cover of night, fleeing with stolen valuables including gold, cash, and electronics.
The scam was exposed when one of the victims filed a complaint, leading police to launch a sting operation that resulted in her arrest in Bhopal. Officials are investigating the larger network behind this racket and working to identify other victims.
This case has sent shockwaves across the region, raising awareness about matrimonial fraud and the need for increased vigilance during marriage alliances.
