Disney has officially announced that the much-anticipated animated sequel, Zootopia 2, will hit Indian cinemas on November 28, 2025. Directed by Jared Bush and Byron Howard, the film continues the adventures of rookie cops Judy Hopps and Nick Wilde as they tackle a new mystery involving a mysterious pit viper named Gary De’Snake.
The sequel introduces new characters, including Gary De’Snake, voiced by Ke Huy Quan. Returning cast members include Ginnifer Goodwin as Judy Hopps, Jason Bateman as Nick Wilde, and Shakira reprising her role as pop star Gazelle. New additions to the voice cast feature Quinta Brunson as Dr. Fuzzby, a therapist quokka, and Fortune Feimster as Nibbles, a beaver character.
Zootopia 2 will be released in multiple languages, including English, Hindi, Tamil, and Telugu, ensuring a wide reach across India’s diverse audience.
