Around 5 AM today, Pakistani drones were spotted flying over the Khasa Kant area in Amritsar, raising alarms in the region. The Indian Army acted swiftly to counter the drone infiltration, launching a successful operation to destroy the drones. Military sources confirmed the successful neutralization of the aerial threat, ensuring the safety of the region.

An Army spokesperson stated, “We detected the drones in real time and neutralized them efficiently. This is a clear indication of our operational readiness and ability to counter any aerial threat.”

The use of drones by Pakistan for surveillance and possible attacks has been a growing concern, and the Indian Army has been increasingly vigilant in neutralizing such threats.

Pakistani Shell Hits Roof in Pathankot
Meanwhile, in Pathankot, another provocative action occurred when a Pakistani shell hit the roof of a house in Bhanwal village at around 5 AM. Fortunately, no casualties were reported, although the shell caused significant damage to the structure. Local authorities have been deployed to assess the damage and ensure the safety of the residents in the area.

This shelling incident adds to the ongoing concerns over the growing number of ceasefire violations and artillery attacks from across the border. The Indian Army has assured that such provocations will be met with a firm response to protect civilian lives and national security.

Indian Army’s Commitment to National Security
In both instances, the Indian Army emphasized its resolve to foil Pakistan’s conspiracies and attacks. A senior Army official remarked, “We remain committed to defending our borders and protecting our people. Any attempt to escalate tensions will be met with a strong response.”

As the situation along the border remains tense, the Indian Army continues to monitor the area closely and maintain a high level of preparedness to prevent further provocations.
