The Bharat Rashtra Samithi (BRS) will mark its 25th anniversary with a grand celebration in Dallas, Texas, on June 1, 2025. The event will be held at the DR Pepper Arena and is set to coincide with Telangana Formation Day on June 2. BRS Working President K.T. Rama Rao (KTR) will attend the celebrations as the chief guest.
The Dallas event is part of a global initiative by the BRS to celebrate its silver jubilee across various countries. According to party leaders, similar programs are planned in the United Kingdom, Canada, Australia, and other nations in the coming months, aiming to connect with the Telangana diaspora and highlight the party’s achievements over the past 25 years.
The official event poster was unveiled at Telangana Bhavan in Hyderabad by senior party leader and MLA Talasani Srinivas Yadav, who emphasized the enthusiasm among Non-Resident Indians (NRIs) for both the jubilee and Telangana’s statehood celebrations.
BRS Global NRI Coordinator Mahesh Bigala stated that the Dallas celebration will feature cultural programs, public addresses, and large-scale participation from NRIs across North America. The event is expected to showcase Telangana’s cultural pride and the BRS’s journey as a regional powerhouse with national ambitions.
Leaders believe that the jubilee celebrations abroad will strengthen the party’s international outreach and send a strong message of unity among the global Telangana community.
