Police in Nanakramguda, Hyderabad, have apprehended a well-known ganja dealer, resulting in a significant seizure of the illegal substance. The suspect, identified as Neetu Bai, has allegedly been profiting substantially from the sale of ganja, catering to both software engineers and locals in the area.
