Pawan Kalyan Slams Congress Leaders for Pro-Pakistan Remarks: “If You Love Pakistan, Leave India”

A political controversy has erupted after some Congress leaders reportedly said they would stay in India but continue to support and love Pakistan. The remarks have sparked widespread criticism, with many questioning the loyalty of those leaders.

Responding sharply, Andhra Pradesh Deputy Chief Minister Pawan Kalyan condemned the statements and made his stance clear. Speaking to the media, he said,
“If you love Pakistan, then you should leave India.”

His comment has drawn support from sections of the public and other political leaders, who see such pro-Pakistan statements, especially after recent terror attacks, as deeply hurtful and inappropriate.

The issue adds to the growing political tension following the Pahalgam terror attack, where over two dozen innocent tourists lost their lives. With national sentiment running high, remarks seen as sympathetic to Pakistan are drawing heavy backlash.

The Congress party has not yet officially responded to Pawan Kalyan’s statement. However, party leadership earlier urged its members to avoid making controversial or divisive public comments, especially on sensitive matters like national security.

The situation continues to develop, as more political leaders speak out on the issue.
